About these terms
These terms govern the use of windeal, an online CRM provided by Adrian Wasielewski, ul. Rzeźnicza 10/26, 31-540 Kraków, Poland, VAT ID PL5492253949 (“we”). They are also our rules for providing services by electronic means under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002. By creating a workspace or using windeal, you accept these terms on behalf of your organization. windeal is intended for business use.
The service
windeal lets your team manage contacts, organizations, deals, leads, activities, products, goals and reports in a shared workspace, in the browser or as an installable app. Optional integrations connect your Google account and AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT. The agreement runs for an indefinite period from the moment you create your account.
Technical requirements
You need an internet connection, a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an email address. Google features need a Google account. The AI connector needs an assistant plan that supports custom connectors.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and your account information accurate. You must be at least 16 years old. Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and are responsible for the actions of its members.
Free plan and licences
windeal is free for workspaces of up to 3 users, with every feature included. A workspace with more users needs a paid licence, which we agree with you in writing; until then, no further users can be added. Workspaces that already have more than 3 users keep them. If we introduce prices, we will notify workspace owners at least 30 days before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you put into windeal. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. Our Data processing agreement forms part of these terms. You can export your data or delete your workspace at any time from its settings.
Google services
Calendar, Meet and Gmail features rely on your Google account and are also subject to Google’s terms. Each user connects their own account and can disconnect it at any time. Data already saved in windeal stays in your workspace until you delete it. Our Privacy policy explains how windeal handles Google user data.
AI assistants
The windeal connector lets an AI assistant you choose act in windeal on your behalf, with your permissions. The assistant is provided by a third party under its own terms, and we are not responsible for how it interprets your requests or for what it answers. Check what the assistant tells you before you rely on it. Changes it makes at your request count as your own. You can disconnect an assistant at any time in Settings → Integrations.
Acceptable use
Do not provide or store unlawful content in windeal. Do not use it to break the law, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to store personal data you have no right to process, to disrupt or overload the service, to probe or bypass its security, or to access other workspaces.
Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report content in windeal that they believe is illegal by writing to [email protected] with the subject “Illegal content report”. Please explain why the content is illegal, say where it is, give your name and email address, and confirm that you believe the report is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, review the report diligently and objectively, and tell you our decision and how to challenge it.
Content moderation and complaints
We do not monitor workspace content and use no automated moderation. We act only on reports, on orders from authorities, or when we learn of a serious breach of these terms. We may then remove or disable content or suspend an account, in proportion to the problem, and we tell the affected user the reasons and how to complain. You can complain about any such decision, or about the service, by email to [email protected]. We reply within 14 days. You may also go to court.
Points of contact
Our single point of contact for users, and for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), is [email protected]. You can write to us in English, Polish or German.
Availability and changes
We work to keep windeal available and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change features over time and will give notice before removing a feature you rely on.
Switching and leaving windeal
You may end the agreement at any time, with no notice period and no fee, by deleting your workspace or by writing to us. Before you leave, workspace owners can export everything from the workspace settings: a ZIP archive of JSON and CSV files with the people, organizations, deals and their product lines, leads, activities, notes and comments, emails and templates, pipelines and stages, labels, products, goals, saved filters, users, teams and history.
If you ask us to help you switch to another provider or to your own systems, we follow Chapter VI of the Data Act (Regulation 2023/2854): you may give up to two months’ notice, we keep the service running and help you during a transition period of up to 30 days, your data stays available for export for at least 30 days after that, and we charge nothing for switching or exporting.
Liability
windeal is free and is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to 100 euros. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to personal injury, or where the law does not allow them.
Sole traders
If you are a natural person running a business and the agreement is not of a professional nature for you (Art. 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code), the consumer protections against unfair terms, and where they apply the rules on withdrawing from a distance contract within 14 days, apply to you, and any term here that conflicts with them does not.
Ending the agreement
We may suspend or close a workspace that seriously breaches these terms, with notice where possible and 30 days to export your data. We may also stop providing windeal altogether, with at least 60 days’ notice to workspace owners.
Changes to these terms
We publish changes on this page and notify workspace owners by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can leave windeal before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are decided by the court with jurisdiction over our seat in Kraków, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another court.
